Range Rover - Giverny Green (Met) Hard to believe, but the Range Rover is now 40+ years old (introduced on the 17th June 1970). Today 4 x 4s are two a penny, but at the time the Range Rover was revolutionary: the first vehicle in the world that worked properly as a road car but was also great off-road. The model conforms to the Vanguards 8-Point Specification Plan.
